They may have done some alterations to the signalling in the Stapleton Road area prior to the panel opening. However, if they didn't I would suggest it is a seventies photo as the signals are as they were on the panel when it first opened.

I would say very early seventies too for Stapleton Road.

The poster is (I think) shows the timetable and fares for the Severn Beach line
