This is the original forum of the Bristol Railway Archive that existed between 2003 and 2013. I finally rescued it after it seemed unrecoverable after a large crash. I have made it available for viewing. It is locked, all posts to the new version please!
The Bristol Industrial Museum is holding a Terrific Trains day on Wednesday 15th Feb.
'This great day out will involve lots of hands- on activities exploring locomotives and railways. You can even climb aboard and have a ride on the harbour railway (ú1 return trip).'
looking forward to seeing the pics.
i was told today by a fellow enthusiast that the industrial museum has the only remaining working dockside steam loco in the world, is this true?
or is he talking out his arse?
