That is an incredibly eerie picture! It's like something out of an old b&w horror movie

Blimey Mike, there's some excellent photos there! You have a great eye for a good photograph. Some of those easily outdo some professional stuff I've seen recently. :D

Thanks "MadHattie".

If you want to use them for the site go ahead :-)

I'm working back through my 2005 stuff and further. If I find any decent railway pix I will e-mail them to you :-) and the interior diesel depot pix I keep promising.

Cheers for now,

Mike

PS Whens the screen saver going up ?

Hopefully once my new 'puter arrives I'll be able to crack on and get a few things online. I'll make a start with that!

Been spending most nights this week building a model of Twerton Station for my model railway. Very relaxing, although not productive from a website point of view... !

The photos are really atmospheric.

It is amazing what black and white images can do to highlight detail / decay etc.

You have an eye for the unusual image.

The Severn Beach line has a lot of scope for a photographic project, and this photo made me realise that. The branch has a wide variety of stations and passengers with some freight mixed in at Avonmouth.

Amazing what potential is at your back door.
