Mystery building at Highbridge GWR

At some time prior to 1914 (and maybe later, but not known) there was a small stone(?) building at the north end of Highbridge GWR station. This building was on the Down side of the line, immediately to the north of the road overbridge, between that bridge and the south end of what became the Down Goods Loop. This building appears distantly in a few old pictures. Does anyone please know what it was for?
