Western up the Hill

Post by madhattie »

I didn't see any advance gen on this, so was standing in my pond with my wellies on (not as a hobby, I was cleaning it) when I heard the sound of the sky being ripped in two. Not being of an age to remember what a Western climbing Filton Bank sounded like, I was completely puzzled as to what had just happened, thinking maybe a helicopter had crashed or something.

Anyway, sounded bloody brilliant, and would have gone and got pics if I'd known it was to happen. Anyone see any gen about this? Is my email broken?

I too heard it this afternoon...through the double glazing of the office I thought that sounded more than just the double headed 67's tootling by spun round and squinted through the now leafy trees and couldn't see anything :( :(
