66413 & 37510

Thought i'd pop out to FAW station on my lunchbreak.

Got 66413 & 37510 heading north on the Cardiff Line at 12:57pm

Also was a signal problem on the down line (signal B244 iirc?) and an apparent speed restriction - any ideas what that was about?

Twas a bobbing track circuit failure. When trains are authorised past signals at danger the driver is instructed to proceed with cauntion and be prepared to stop short of any obstruction. Thus the drivers should be going a lot slower than usual, about 20mph I guess.
