Loco Hauled services

Post by tonyperks »

Recently I have heard but not yet seen a loco, sounds like a 67 or maybe a 57 fly past with a rake of carriages, is there a regular loco hauled service in the area, I have heard the train go down to bristol, is this the stock for the cardiff service i have read about?, Any pics/

I thought that the whole set including both 67's were stabled at Barton Hill when not in use on Cardiff - Taunton service.
Could be wrong as it has been known!

No, those four coaches are currently out of use at Platform 2, Temple Meads with another two that have been there for some time. As Donkey said, the CDF/TAU stock stables at Barton Hill each night where two spare coaches are also kept.
