Ahh Pete, I sent you an email on 26th Aug, so maybe this is one of the ones you have read but cannot reply to?

Hi, Sorry but i also sent two photos on the 24/06/08 of Avon Gorge portbury line taken from the sea walls, to offer them to the web site, As they did not appear i thought they may not have been of interest as more recent photos are on the web site, I also sent an E-Mail asking if they were at all suitable two months later but as yet no reply, Is there a problem or maybe you have been busy, REgards, J M Hobbs.

I fixed my email last night so all is well with that again. In the end I had to create a new identity and import all my previous settings.

I'm always crap at answering emails simply because it's so time consuming to do so. (which is a crap excuse I admit!) My time at a computer these days is very limited. I'm up at 5am, go to work, do the overtime, get home to a house full of mad kids and then usually do my 'man with van' stuff till about this time of night (tonight I've been delivering ladders). On top of which I play in a band and have an obsession with the Flickr website! (both of which to be fair generate work for me and helps pay the bills!)

So usually when I do get time at the computer it's one hand on the mouse, while the other helps me consume tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Typing is usually out of the question!

So, as I say, a poor excuse, and I do apologise, but an old dog and his habits etc!

To answer the specific questions. The memories section is currently completely missing. It's always at the back of my mind to get it online (as is doing a lot more of the Timeline), but I tend to get distracted by uploading more of my photos from the bug pics or el loco website, because I want them all as part of the wiki.

The Avon Gorge photos will also go online at some stage. They're slightly more difficult because they don't quite fit in with any of the pages currently online and I'm not sure exactly where I shall put them (because they're longshots rather than location pics). They were received at this end with much gratitude, as are all the photos I receive.

Anyways. Apologies once again, I shall endeavour to repy to emails as best I can in the future.

I thought that was going to be a "one-off" or "temporary" :P
