Yes there is a crossing next to Claverton Pumping Station. There's a reasonable view looking south from the crossing which would probably be ok for both coming towards and going away type shots. I was initially going to try and photo 34067 at this location below (which is just before Claverton Pumping Station), but I thought that the crosswind might blow steam/smoke over the loco/coaches so opted for Kelston instead as I thought (wrongly) that the wind would be more head on.

There are also reasonable shots from both the aquaducts.
