King Edward's repairs at Barton Hill are now complete. A test run is not possible until, provisionally, the 10th December (see uksteam). Therefore, another charter has been lost, namely the Kingfisher tour from Padd-Newbury-Salisbury on 8th December. <BJ>

Long term Barton Hill resident 6024 has finally left the depot. It was towed to Tyseley via Hereford by a class 67 in the early hours of this morning. <BJ>
