143 on Filton Chord

Noted last Friday 24th August on Filton Chord at 16.50 was a 143 coming from the direction of Avonmouth, Does anyone know what it was doing. A route learning trip maybe. can anyone help.

I assume you saw the unit at the Filton end of the cord? It was probably one of the Weston - Abbey Wood units reversing as they're all booked to reverse on the cord.

I'm not aware of any Wessex drivers retaining competancy of the Henbury line after the Filton resignalling diversions.
