BR stnd 4MT gone missing south of salisbury. Now being pulled by a rather nice looking Class 47.

I think at least you have been able to record for prosperity the only moment in the 47's life being clean. White isnt exactly a good colour for a loco and the shiny black shows up all the lump bumps warts and creases in the body.
So what actually happened to this today does anyone know what happened?
It was obviously late on the way out and seems to have gone missing on the way back.

I think that the train left almost an hour late at Temple Meads. I took some photographs when 76079 arrived with its support coach, and when the train left for Brighton. Had the weather been more clement I might have headed elsewhere, simply to avoid including the PO monstrosity at the end of the platform. Was the Class 47 going to bring the tour back?
