Apparently the 37 packed up and is now coupled to a 66.
Expected to run early, but programmed times for those that wish to see a DRED
are: BTM 1532, Taunton 1615, Exeter SD 1653, Dawlish Warren 1702, NTA 1713 and
Ply 1800. Will probably return tomoz. Next time you shut down a 37 away from a
battery charge supply, ensure that the proper isolation procedure is followed !

66413 + 37510 will leave Plymouth 1830 and return to Crewe.

Can you access e-mail? Just send a mail to

SWRG-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

And you will receive all messages to your e-mail account. I think you might need a Yahoo ID to sign up, but you can always change the address to something else. Be warned: it does get very busy!

what do they email u exactly? is it freight times, sightings? or a general email telling u what loco is on what working, etc? i'm not really up to speed with 4-digit codes? (e.g 6M23, and so on)

i'm particularly interested in freights not hauled by 66s  (i.e. the nukes)

People post full timings for interesting moves, light engines, tours etc, and also reports and sightings en-route so you know if it's on time.

ah i see - is all this emailed out as well, or is it just posted on a forum-like display? as thats what gets blocked by the firewall (i.e. can't register or view forum, can just see the front page as a non member)

You can either have messages sent as email or you can read them on the website as a basic version of a forum.
