I waited my entire sandwich munching time for a coal train to appear and had actually set off for my van when I suddenly realised I could hear the low drone of a 66 in the distance so legged it back to the bridge. Unfortunatey this means I didn't get as much of the train climbing the hill as I would have liked. I was also staring straight into the winter sun and I've yet to figure out how to stop the camera down when in video mode. (I use the same camera for vids that I do for photting)
And would you believe it. I'm always alone on that bidge when photting, but just as the train went past a couple of old 'uns arrive and start yapping about what they watched on Bravo the night before! I don't blame them for yapping, as I say, my camera doesn't look like a video camera at all and they wouldn't have any idea what I was doing, but still.... argh!
