have just been bulldozed. (the bulldozers were on site levelling piles of rubble)
This was sad for me because it was my childhood memories of this place, and the daily coal trains pulled by a Peak and shunted by Western Pride, that got me looking through all my old pics, and which led to the birth of this website!
Does anyone know if there's housing or something else going up on the site, or have they simply levelled it because of problems with vandalism?
