Hmm don't fancy getting up too early, will probably have to be one way by 37.

What's best, Gloucester - Cardiff or Cardiff - Gloucester? Which way will they work hardest?

Never done that route, but I imagine it being relatively flat most of the way. I think there's a bit of a gradient from Severn Tunnel to Caldicot, but not much.

I'd probably go via Cardiff I guess. Is it cheaper from Newport?
