Don't know what to make of this site, however it has been mentioned in a few newsgroups recently.

i think FirstGroup provide a very good service, granted there have been problems recently which have been outside their control but overall i think it is fine, Frequent services,friendly staff clean trains, Many of the recent problems would of happened regardless of the operator of the franchise.

I have no problem with First Great Western, in fact I think they provide the best service out of the 3 companies I regularly travel with (FGW, Virgin, Wessex). Reliable timings, comfortable trains.

First Bus on the other hand...
