with the work going on at Filton Abbey Wood and surrounding area, the
recent rebuilding of the city centre, the complete remodelling of Temple
Way, the new build on GT Western Way and the reinstated Portishead branch
they could have pretty well built the system for next to nothing by now
if they'd stuck the rails down while doing everything else.
