AVR Loco Roster

Hello all, thought I'd let you know that the AVR is trialing a locomotive roster, which will be put up on our website.

Obviously these things change constantly and can be tricky to put together but we will give it a try! We wanted to gauge the response to its publication - whether people want it, or not and if its useful for the enthusiast. Please let me know via this forum or newseditor(at)avonvalleyrailway.org

For the diesel fan, 73101 The Royal Alex has been rostered for Saturday 1st May.

Hi John,

Just noticed that the present loco roster expired at the end of May, will the AVR be producing another loco roster for the next month or two?

Apologies for the delay, its been a busy week!

The next loco roster should be up over the coming weekend.

Future locomotive rosters will be available through the news section under a similar heading - so check the homepage or news listings for updates. However, this will change when we get our new website up and running and I hope to get a dedicated page to make it simpler.

Thanks for your patience while this current roster was produced - its still a new venture for us!

The current loco roster has been updated to reflect the RSH's temporary withdrawal from service to allow work to rectifty injector problems.

No. 4015 will cover the steam service this coming Wednesday, Sunday and Wednesday next week also. Keep an eye on the roster as any changes will be made there.

Sorry everyone for the delay to getting the loco roster up. Im still having internet problems. As a stop gap Septembers loco roster is as follows. I know it isnt as pretty!

Sorry folks there was no driver experience course yesterday as stated in the loco roster. It is in fact on Friday 24th September.

Loco roster will be updated on AVR website today.
