Been playing with a free program called Autostich which basically automatically stitches together a group of photos which have been taken with a panorama in mind.

Got this shot of Cheltenham Road Arches this morning while waiting for the usual red traffic lights to go green. It's a testament to Bristol City Council traffic department that this panorama is made up from nine separate photos, and I had time to get the camera in and out of my rucksack inbetween taking the pics! Yay! lets have more buses blocking this junction while the railway line up above looses it's funding... great stuff.

I wonder what the aim was when the lights were installed, was it

a) to speed up the traffic;

or was it

b) to cause grid lock along Gloucester Road;

or

c) to set up another set of lights for cyclists to ignore?
