Preparing new drivers for HST cab disintegration?

I was flicking through the First Great Western newsletter on my way back from Bristol last night and there was an article on several new simulators that have been introduced around the region to train (excuse the pun) drivers, and I noticed this:
"The simulators include every control indicator and safety warning system found in a normal cab û even the driver seat can be made to move to give the impression of breaking."
I know the HSTs are old, but they're not in THAT bad a state are they?
p.s. i didn't remember all the quote, I just copied it from their site...where the same typo exists
