In "Modern Locomotives Illustrated No. 176" there is a photograph of the "Blue Pullman" at Bristol TM ready to depart for Leeds; the train was run in connection with a Leeds V Bristol City cup tie. Does anyone have any gen on whether this went via Mangotsfield or Stapleton Road to Yate please? (Suppose it may even have gone via the cross-London junctions).
Unfortunately, the comprehensive sixbellsjunction website shows the formation but not the route.
