It does offer some good view points, but I'm underwhelmed by the quality of the choice of exhibits and displays. The USP of the Industrial Museum has gone.

There is an aerial shot of Bristol printed onto the floor, you can have minutes of fun trying to work out where your house is on the picture.

However, it was good to see that Henbury, the steam crane and the two tugs were in operation on Sunday. One of the volunteers thinks that at some point in the next fortnight the steam crane's next job is lifting Portbury's boiler as the loco is prepared for a major overhaul.

A couple of views of the line at the end of Cumberland Road, with Henbury hauling the train.

OT...but I tend to agree.

We went down a number of weeks ago to specifically have a look around and too were underwhelmed.

I liked the idea of the layout of the exhibits but just felt that too much was being crammed into the various exhibit spaces to appreciate it all.
