Bristol Old Station Signal Box Train Register

Post by stumpytrain »

Some of you will know already that I have an unheatlhy obsession with Bristol Old Station and signalling. I was recently able to obtain a train register from Bristol Old Station Signal Box and I've decided to start typing it up "for all to enjoy". :)

Aside from converting the times to the 24 hour clock (because am's and pm's confuse me) it's reproduced as the hand written orignal. Some of the handwriting is difficult to guess so I've guessed the best I can and made it red in colour.

I think I've got a reasonable idea of what movements are taking place. If anyone would like me to explain then just ask...

Cheers,

The convention was am times would appear with a full stop in them, pm times with a stroke ie 8.30 = 0830, 8/30 = 2030
