Pics to add ?

I have some pics which may be suitable for the Railway Archive ?
They relate to Barrow Road, Lawrence Hill, Thirteen Arches etc.
It's possible that some may be duplicates of those already submitted
and they are all ' copyright unknown '
Finally, is there a favourite site where members upload present day images ?

Hi Tony
The images/drawings I have of Sodbury are in A3 format ( originally formed a display )
I'm still deliberating the best way to reduce them.
I think anything I may have of Yate area has already been published elsewhere.

The original display boards ( created for the Historical Society ) were A2.
I had these copied in A3 colour.
I think it's fair to say that I was granted some credence as my father was
a signalman at Sodbury !
The display is a history of the line from original construction in 1897.
You are very welcome to see the content and I welcome any assistance in
getting it uploaded to the BRA website.

Jules.
The earliest shot of Barrow Road Signal Box is 1933
( courtesy Robin Whittle )
My father was a signalman there - but not in 1933 !
Perhaps Pete can help to get the pics uploaded ?

I hope somebody can help you out as I'm sure we'd all like to see them here.
I'd help out myself but I'm in Oregon right now ...

As an alternative to scanning you could perhaps photograph them with a high resolution digital camera?

Actually that might be worth a try.
Thanks

Hi all,
Sorry not dived in before. I've been having a lot of problems at home, ill health, ill baby, 12 hour shifts, gigs with the band etc, topped off with my computer inexplicably wiping out all the emails in my inbox (about 200 of 'em!). As such I've just not had the time or passion for the website for quite some time. I still play on flickr, but mostly because it's so much -quieter- to click a mouse than bash a keyboard
Anyhoo, I shall attempt to get my act together at some stage, and get around to updating and uploading everything, but I don't know when, I just need a rest from it all for a while. I'm so worn out!
Please feel free to keep sending me stuff. I -will- get around to it at some point I promise.

I have made contact with my teacher at school he says he can get them scanned at the school, we just need to arrange to get them to him.

Ditto.
Pete, if you need a hand uploading pics etc. you can forward them to myself if you wish, I think I've still got administrative rights for the wiki website.
