Princess Elizabeth route question

Tomorrow Princess Elizabeth runs Bradford, Avonclife then Bathampton, Bath and Bristol.
On the way back she runs via Bath, Bathampton, Chippenham. Is there a weight or height limit at Dundas Aquaduct or some other operational reason for the diffferent routing? Does anyone out there know the reason?
