Track maintenance vehicles at St Phills.

Hi again. On my travels this afternoon I went past St phils marsh as you drive into kfc. On the second nearest road (siding ) was a collection of track maintenance vehicles coupled, in the next road was a barrier wagon/coach then next again another selection of track maintenance vehicles. All yellow stuff not the marroon gear that is usualy stabled along side of workshop. Is their some work being done in yard as cant imagine First have spare capacity for storing non passenger stock.

I saw a Freightliner 66 shunting part of what looked like the HOBC at the Marsh on the line towards Bedminster at about 17.30 this afternoon.
