I really do hope the weather picks up...
Having not looked at the news, what's the impact (if any) of the impending strikes?

Not sure about impact of strikes, light engine move on Friday.

It would appear that GB3 will still run despite the strikes. UKsteam.info is currently showing revised routing for the 6th, 7th & 8th due to the strikes. If the strikes get called off not sure if the original routes will get reinstated.
The Royal Duchy - no steam from Bristol?

The Royal Duchy looks as if it will be brought into Bristol and out again by the Western D1015, and the 2 steam engines are on a light engine move to Exeter from Bristol.

This is getting more disapointing by the day...in respect of seeing a double headed (steam) loco haul...

I was originally going to go for a conventional type shot, but with it gradually clouding over I opted for a pan shot but made a bit of a mess of it. Not one of my better ones I'm afraid, but here's 5029 near Newton St. Loe.
