This is the original forum of the Bristol Railway Archive that existed between 2003 and 2013. I finally rescued it after it seemed unrecoverable after a large crash. I have made it available for viewing. It is locked, all posts to the new version please!
This Sunday will see the Eastside Roots Community Harvest Fayre on Stapleton Road Station, from 12 Midday-8.30pm. These are the people making the new garden at the station and they are doing a lot to make the station better used by the public in general and people more aware of it's existence.
FOSBR (Friends of Suburban Bristol Railways) will also be there with our stall, campaiging for and supporting our local rail services. There will be a cafe and no doubt all sorts of other things going on throughout the day.
Why not come and see what's happening? Don't forget there are Sunday trains on the Severn Beach line nowadays
I was just going to bump this (ie, a reminder that it's tomorrow) but I checked this website http://bristol.indymedia.org.uk/article/688257 which says it was today! Jules are you about? Was it today or is it tomorrow?
Asked after you when I got there but you hadn't turned up yet, and asked after you again later and you'd gone walkabout! Maybe you're in one of the photos!
