TORBAY EXPRESS

Post by DAVE »

I assume you mean the Torbay express trips from BTM to Kingswear.
The next trip is Sunday 15th July leaving BTM at 0918, arriving Kingswear 1252.
The return departs Kingswear 1717 and arrives BTM 2144

Sadly I think he is refering to a class 67 hauled railtour from Paddington to Paignton

BLUE PULLMAN TO KINGSWEAR

Post by DAVE »

This trip is being run from Northampton to Kingswear using the blue pullman set top and tailed by two class 47,s.
Cannot find times for this saturdays trip but it is being run by Steamy Affairs.

Whilst waiting for 6024 on it's light engine move on Saturday night what appeared to be the Blue Pullman passed me at Flax Bourton. (47 813 & 818). Unfortunately I missed the King as it apparently left a bit early.

A bit of a bonus the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flew over as well.
