Mid Hants steam gala Sun 19th Sept

That Wessex Trains free day return came in handy...taking me as far as Romsey, where I met a friend from London and drove to the Mid Hants (pausing to survey the Hockley Viaduct).
Steam steam steam everywhere, you'd have hated it
Got some fantastic pics and videos though, now i want a digital camera
Here's my favourite...34027 Taw Valley just arrived at Alresford with the final train of the day...lighting conditions were perfect for this shot of her wheels and motion
