Someone elsewhere asked if anyone at Cattybrook Footbridge could identify themsleves from the picture on page 9 of the Railway Herald Issue 74. (http://www.railwayherald.co.uk/). I assume that the photographer must have been up on the top of the Patchway Tunnel.
