to add to everyone else's good wishes, Norton and I send greetings of the season and best wishes for 2013.
I don't know whether any other ex 82E engines are steaming around this time, but rest assured the old shed hack is still flying your flag heading our Santa's this weekend and tomorrow Christmas Eve and will be running 29th and 30th before handing over to the drop grate fitted youngster ex 66A S4 Tank 80002 to see the New Year in.
Have a good 'un, and we hope to see you some time next year.
greetings

Hello allthe green mile wrote:Then we shall have to come up with an excuse for consuming some more produce from the Bristol Beer Factory - like we actually need an excuse!
Best Wishes

Sorry I too have been a bit quiet over the last few weeks. I am currently in the depths of the Southern Hemisphere enjoying summer
I had a ride behind a South African Railways 2-8-4 between Cape Town and Simonstown back on December 9th, but that's all I've got to report at the moment!
Best wishes (albeit belatedly) to all of you back home and, yes, we must arrange another meeting shortly. Who needs an excuse??!
Well, we've done Barrow Road, the last one was Bath Road (which I sadly missed) - maybe the topic for the next meet up could be St Philips Marsh?Best wishes (albeit belatedly) to all of you back home and, yes, we must arrange another meeting shortly. Who needs an excuse??!
Happy New Year to Robin (basking in the sun) and everybody else here!
