Thanks Pete for taking the time to respond in what must be a very difficult time for you.madhattie wrote:Hi all,
Sorry not dived in before. I've been having a lot of problems at home, ill health, ill baby, 12 hour shifts, gigs with the band etc, topped off with my computer inexplicably wiping out all the emails in my inbox (about 200 of 'em!). As such I've just not had the time or passion for the website for quite some time. I still play on flickr, but mostly because it's so much -quieter- to click a mouse than bash a keyboard
Anyhoo, I shall attempt to get my act together at some stage, and get around to updating and uploading everything, but I don't know when, I just need a rest from it all for a while. I'm so worn out!
Please feel free to keep sending me stuff. I -will- get around to it at some point I promise.
I'm sure all members wish you and your family the speediest of recoveries.
To get things moving , I experimented by photographing some of the
A3 pages and uploaded them to a website here :-

They were originally in A2, so there is the added problem of the join.
The majority were produced in landscape but there are a few in portrait
which may prove more difficult to 'stitch '
Anyway this is just a trial and I'm wondering how they'll look
on the Bristol Archive website. I'm aware that some of the smallest print will not be legible.
