Trackplans / images of Westerleigh Sidings and Mangotsfield

Post by bristolian »

Evening everyone,

In connection with a route I'm creating for Railworks, I'm on the lookout for any trackplans / decent images of Westerleigh Sidings, and the Mangotsfield area from the 1960s.
If you can help, I'd really appreciate it!.

Very Best Wishes,
Bob.

I hadn't looked at that yet, although seeing as it connects to the main line at Westerleigh Sidings...

Hi Bob, sounds interesting. Are you going to extend the default Bath to Templecombe or will this be a standalone?
Best of luck with it anyhow.

Hello Rich,

Many thanks. This is standalone, although I may use the Bath to Templecombe assets at the Bath end...

Very Best Wishes,
Bob.

Sounds great all round guys. Bob - I've been following your screenies on the UKTrainsim forum. I'm Forostar on that forum. Looks really good mate.

What are either of your intentions re: the B&NSR? That was the route I had in mind for my RW project, mainly because it enables a Titfield Thunderbolt recreation, and of course, for the Pensford Viaduct!

There's a trackplan of the yard Here. It's got mining detail on it, but might be useful if people are still looking.

I've tried it, but Flickr won't let me see it, even though I have a Pro account!...
