I'll probably get the 0948-1110 train there...maybe the 0844-1010 but that does sound a bit early

The WSR Diesel Electric Preservation Group wants a new loco, and they have eyes on either a 37 or 47. They don't want a 50 (dunno why), and 20s aren't powerful enough apparently

Be nice to see a split headcode 37/0 in green...they'll have to get one with steam heating whatever happens

Nah, I decided against it. The Mid Hants says that Merchant Navy class "Canadian Pacific" will be in steam this month, and the Bluebell are saying the same about West Country "Blackmoor Vale". When it comes to expensive trips I have to get my priorities right
