Not my best photo's by a long way but here are a couple of the AVR on the 14th December a day or so after the heavy rain.

I think they're great photo's. The subtle reflections of the train, smoke, bridge and trees in the first photo; and the parallels of the sky, horizon, fields, train and buildings in the second. What were the locations of the photo's? They make me really want to get on a 'plane and go home for a bit.

Thanks for your comments Blackthorn.

Had I known the fields were flooded I would gone out a bit earlier to get some better record shots, the sun had set about 10 minutes before I took the second photo.

The first one was taken from the footpath next to the River Avon approx where the arrow is on this map: http://www.streetmap.co.uk/idmap.srf?x= ... s.srf&lm=0

The second one was taken from the footpath on Bitton Hill. It's a bit muddy this time of year especially after that heavy rain!!
