Rail bus service that terminates at Bristol Parkway

Hi,

Does anyone know where the rail bus services terminate at Bristol Parkway? Is there a third platform or does it just reverse using a siding? Also, where do these services start?

Not sure which platform they use, but I think you are refering to the Weston-super-Mare - Bristol Parkway service (planned to be extended to Yate, IIRC)

They terminate on the new platform 4. the old platform 1 is now 3, 2 will become an Island platform with platform 1 being built later this year.
And yes the present terminating services will be extended to Yate, but not until the start of the new winter timetable.

Do you know which winter timetable this will be? There currently isn't any signalling at Yate that would allow a passenger service to start/terminate there unless they ran empty to/from Gloucester Panel. Though they have been talking about a turn back siding on the down side I've not actually heard of any definite plans to do any work there.
