East Depot's disappearing!

Looks like they are removing the sidings in Bristol East Depot...lots of orange coats wielding cutting torches and fork lifts hurtling around with great chunks of track and sleepers hanging off them...better get some pics!

p.s. what's that yellow crane for at the Bristol end? There used to be an old coach with a hole in the roof parked under it but it collapsed and has now disappeared.

It's a shame I've read this today and not yesterday! I was delivering in Brislington yesterday and could have easily taken a diversion from my route to get some pics...

I bet it'll all be finished by the time I'm up that way next

Got a couple of pics today, not a lot left, just lots of mud!

I don't suppose they'd build houses down there, they'd not get much natural light for one thing, so I assume it'll be more industrial units? Anyone know?
