I should have mentioned this earlier..
HTV are currently showing a series called Secret Underground Bristol (Thursdays at 7.30).
If it's anything like the book! it should be brilliant!
Of particular interest from a railway point of view may be the episode on Bristol's collieries. The book shows a pic of South Liberty Lane pit which was rail connected.
