I was at Temple Meads this afternoon seeing both 6201 and 44932.

It just crossed my mind standing there, knowing what William Stanier thought of preserving the past (he was responsible for a number of relics being cut up in the 1930s).

If he were to come back, would he protesting that we should scrap all this "old rubbish" of his?
