BBC radio 2 travel news is reporting delays to FGW services because of "an incident at Pilning"

Does anybody know what's going on?

A person has been hit by a train between near Severn Tunnel Junction.
Because of this, the following alterations will apply until further notice:
Journeys between Bristol and Cardiff Central may be delayed by up to 60 minutes
Some trains may be diverted via Gloucester
Buses will run between Bristol Parkway and Newport

First Great Western - Pilning to Taunton - disrupted
Disruption on First Great Western between Cardiff Central and Taunton, between Swansea and Reading and between Cardiff Central and Salisbury due to person hit by a train at Pilning. Tickets being accepted on CrossCountry services.

1L74 15:55 Cardiff - London Paddington

1 early at Severn Tunnel Junction
136 late at Severn Tunnel West, but it did continue through to Pad.

1B46 1445 Pad - Swansea

2 late at Pilning
93 late at Severn Tunnel Junction, and it is showing as cancelled beyond Newport.

Not sure which was involved...quite possibly both as they will have been in the area at the same time. I'd just passed through on the 1530 Cardiff - Portsmouth, and I wondered why everything behind me was cancelled.
