I think Saltford had two stations, one on the GWR line and the other on the line that goes to Green park station, although I think the other station was called Kelston.

Has anyone got any photographs of Saltford station? There doesn't seem to be any on the net.

I didn't know the trains were still using Regional railways livery back then, didn't Wessex trains take over Regional railways, or part of the network they operated?

The platforms at Keynsham station look quite long, but are they long enough to accomodate an HST?

There is alot of wasted space on the platforms too, like the grassy bits on the opposite side to the shelter, I think I saw some pics of Keynsham station somewhere that showed there were station ...

Does anyone know where the rail bus services terminate at Bristol Parkway? Is there a third platform or does it just reverse using a siding? Also, where do these services start?

I thought they were mark 2 carriage stock that wessex trains used to have? But then I guess they're not because they don't have wessex trains colours on them!

That's interesting, does anyone know when was it last used? Also, when you come into temple meads from Bath, if you look to the right there are some small red brick buildings which looks like they have small platforms and were used for something in the past by now have cars parked next to them etc ...

I noticed there is a disused platform at temple meads as you are coming into temple meads on the train from bedminster looking on the left there is a short siding platform which looks like it has not been resurfaced for a long time. What was it used for? When was it closed?
