Today worked well, lots of happy visitors. I was on duty at Bitton and full train plan ran.

I remember the train, 21.24 ex Btm to Glasgow/Edinburgh. Motor rail vans not car flats used in the last few years. FLHH still have a lease on the Avonside branch, linked to the 10 year period they served the Waste Transfer Station at the present end of the branch. Suspect the hoppers are linked to their operation of coal ex Portbury which started
