GW Wagons on M5

Hi all
Was driving towards Gloucester yesterday 15th just before midday, seen 2 GW open wagons going south on back of low loader, can anyone shed any light on where these were going etc. :lol:

Sounds good then, do you know which livery its going in, when itÆs going to be in traffic and whatÆs happening after this one completed wagon wise. I must say over the last few years the AVR have been getting a nice freight set up together.

As of 1210 the two 37s are still at Barton Hill in one of the sheds with the brake force wagons and the 08 parked in front of them. There is a 66 shunting the Torbay stock around so that could be the loco to take the 37s to Eastleigh.

Also the Network Rail BR green 31 there :roll:

The incident happen just before Middle Hill tunnel with 1A08 ex 0655 BTM to Pad. Line was closed for an hour opening to single line down direction working at 0800. I have read the report and its sounds very much like suicide. I do have more details but I donÆt think itÆs appropriate to post here ...

I did have a little look around the yard last Sunday and did notice the new addition BR brake van û it looks in not to bad condition from what I could see. The Toad and GW open look superb, its nice to see the railway looking after and restoring wagons after a few years of ...

Wagons at AVR

Hi All

I went to the AVR last week, in one of the sidings next to the main line there was a nice selection of wagons looks like they have just been restored û do any of you know if they are going to be used on the gala Sunday on the 28th with the 7f, how many and types.
