 An embankment close to the site of Nailsea goods yard that marks the alignment of a railway that lead from Young Wood Colliery to Brunel's Bristol & Exeter. The colliery was out of use as early as 1892. This tramway also led to White Oak colliery which was a short distance north of Young Wood. 24.10.04 |
