Wells Tucker Street

Wells Tucker Street looking in the direction of Yatton.

A similar view taken sometime between 87-89 and looking towards Tucker Street Roadbridge. The platform edge is still visible on the right hand side of the pic. This is all now a Ring Road.

The turntable was south of Wells Tucker Street and this is the view back towards the station. The S&DJR line from Wells Priory Street to Glastonbury passed behind where Gerald was standing.

The engine shed at Wells was close to the turntable in the above pic. This area of Wells was known as Wells East Somerset.
