Coal import terminal at Royal Portbury Dock

Seems the coal yards in Portbury are going to be a site for the manufacture of plasterboard.

Does anyone know what the route is for the stone going from the Mendip Quarries to Avonmouth/Portbury? where it is allegedly being put on a barge and brought down to the new Jetty at Hinkley Point "C". Are they not using the old coal handling facilities at the docks, although they do seem to be pretty particular about contamination of the stone.

It looks like the Portbury line is all but disused at the moment. There was one car train a few days ago but the various daily coal paths are always marked as cancelled.
I wonder if plasterboard manufacture might lead to any rail traffic in gypsum. Or would that be brought in by sea?
