Formatting

I've noticed there are formatting problems on some of the posts on the forum. It seems to be centered on the use of an apostrophe and even then only on some posts and not others. This is caused by the way the apostrophe was encoded in the old database compared to the new version. I have decided to leave all be at the moment. I don't want to mess around and end up with a messy database again. But it will be fixed at some point.

I was browsing the Industrial Railways in Bristol thread and there's lots of stuff like this: to see it ÔÇÿat homeÔÇÖ myself. I donÔÇÖt recall

I believe it's to do with the encoding so not particularly difficult to repair? Until it all goes wrong of course...
